Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead CVS Pharmacy's enterprise paid social and social search strategy across major and emerging platforms to support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Define channel roles, audience strategies, investment allocation, and measurement frameworks to optimize full-funnel business performance.
  • Leverage first-party data, audience insights, CRM capabilities, and platform targeting solutions to improve personalization and marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with Content and Community Management teams to amplify high-performing content, community insights, influencer programs, and social-first storytelling across paid channels.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks and optimization strategies focused on ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead testing, attribution, incrementality measurement, and analytics initiatives to drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing social and search marketing team while establishing clear goals and development opportunities.
  • Manage agency partners and collaborate across Brand, Retail Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, Analytics, Media, Influencer, Legal, and Digital teams.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with major platform partners and identify opportunities to leverage emerging capabilities, including AI-driven marketing solutions and social commerce innovations.
  • Drive innovation and best practices that improve marketing performance, customer engagement, and competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in paid social, search marketing, digital media, performance marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Deep expertise across major social advertising platforms, social search ecosystems, audience targeting, and marketing measurement.
  • Proven success driving customer growth and measurable business outcomes through performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong experience with analytics, testing methodologies, attribution, audience segmentation, and optimization frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams and managing agency partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $100,000.00 - $231,540.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
