About the Role
Lead strategy and execution across paid search (Google, Bing, YouTube) and paid social (Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest). Turn client goals into clear, effective search and social plans that align with broader paid media strategies. Stay on top of platform updates, media consumption trends, and emerging technologies; bring POVs to clients and teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Oversee and mentor a team across multiple live campaigns
- Ensure alignment across internal teams by clearly communicating timelines, priorities, and project status
- Manage campaign budgets
- QA team outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Optimize content calendars and media plans to drive clean, actionable data
- Support team growth through coaching, feedback, and development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and paid social
- Strong working knowledge of major biddable platforms (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Bing, Meta Ads Manager, X Ads, or similar)
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ad serving, tagging, and media billing tools is a plus

Pay
$70,000 - $125,000
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
