Lead Director, Network Management

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director, Network Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead network management and provider contracting efforts with a strong focus on Texas markets. The position is responsible for shaping negotiation strategy, aligning agreements with organizational priorities, and helping drive medical cost, quality, and compliance outcomes. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external provider organizations to support an effective and competitive network strategy.
