Lead Director, Interoperability Provider Recruitment and Onboarding

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the operating model for provider recruitment and onboarding
• Establish and manage the tactical pipeline and operational materials for scalable onboarding
• Lead and develop a team responsible for regional provider recruitment and onboarding
• Set clear priorities and ensure coordinated operations across the team
• Facilitate provider movement through onboarding processes with operational discipline
• Collaborate with internal teams to align execution plans and address barriers
• Create effective provider-facing content and onboarding materials
• Support diverse onboarding approaches including direct connect and non-EHR strategies
• Identify and implement workflow improvements for better provider experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in healthcare, especially in provider onboarding and operations
• Proven leadership experience managing execution across multiple workstreams and markets
• Strong skills in pipeline management and operational discipline
• Ability to create structures and content in a complex, evolving environment
• Excellent collaboration and relationship management with operational and provider-facing teams
• Strong communication and prioritization skills suitable for a senior leadership role

Pay

$100,000 – $231,540 annually
