About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director - Decision Scientist and Analytical Validation for Financial Products to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead analytical validation efforts that support financial products and ensure P&L accuracy across the business. The leader will partner closely with finance and operational stakeholders to assess business outcomes, measure the impact of changes, and strengthen the quality of decision-making through data-driven insights. In addition, this position will guide a team of analysts and decision scientists while building scalable reporting and validation capabilities for internal users.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Pay
$144,200 – $288,400 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for analytical validation and P&L accuracy
- Validate business outcomes and financial impacts of changes
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and performance drivers
- Develop self-service reporting solutions for business users
- Establish best practices for analytical quality assurance
- Oversee anomaly detection and validation controls
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and decision scientists
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, decision science, or financial analysis
- 5+ years of experience leading analytical teams
- Expertise in analytical validation and anomaly detection
- Strong analytical skills with both quantitative and qualitative data
- Experience in self-service reporting solutions
- Proven track record in validating financial outcomes using large datasets
- Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities
