Responsibilities

Requirements
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- At least 1 year of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
- A clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy

Pay
$18.00 per hour!
Schedule
(Full-Time-36 hours per week)
Available Shift: 8am-8pm, Every other weekend alternating with supervisor, week days can be adjusted, covering call-offs required
