About the role

Mains’l Services supports a gentleman in his 20s who enjoys physical activity, music, exploring his community, and maintaining a structured schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered supports tailored to the individual needs (including activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching through different situations, participating in activities)
• Coaching and collaboration with the team
• Documenting care accurately to ensure ongoing support
• Maintaining a safe and structured environment
• Aiding in the coaching and training of Direct Support Professionals
• Supporting individuals in learning new skills based on their interests and preferences
• Cooking and accompanying individuals to medical appointments
• Reviewing medical referrals, completing follow-ups, and communicating medical updates
• Creating weekly menus and grocery shopping

Preferred Experience

• Supporting individuals diagnosed with Autism
• Positive Behavior Supports/behavioral intervention techniques
• Complex medical conditions
• Communication devices

What You Need

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid MN driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid insurance
• Ability to pass a DHS Background Check
