About the role

The Chair presides at all meetings of the organization if not otherwise specified, performs general supervision of the affairs of the organization, personally represents the organization on proper occasions and in business contacts, and assists all other officers and managing directors of the organization in their records, correspondence, and other organizational duties.

The Chair oversees the Staff Relations, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and Outreach teams for the organization, focusing on projects that help support the overall success of the organization. The Chair also supervises the Charity and Nonprofit Grants teams to help facilitate fundraising efforts for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Preside at all meetings of the organization unless otherwise specified
• Perform general supervision of the affairs of the organization
• Personally represent the organization on proper occasions and in business contacts
• Assist all other officers and managing directors with records, correspondence, and other duties
• Oversee the Staff Relations, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and Outreach teams
