Essential Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a group of counselors
- Supervise groups of campers ages 6-12
- Be the responsible staff for all off-site activities including parking, paying admissions, collecting receipts, lunch arrangements, and disciplinary actions, as needed
- Act as a liaison between the director and staff
- Supervise the daily clean up of all areas used by day camp
- Attend all staff meetings, programs, and planned activities
- Pick up supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Working knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint, Willingness to learn new software as needed
- Certificates And Licenses: Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed, Must have and maintain a current valid driver’s license and pass the Salvation Army Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR)
