Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and guide implementation of scalable data architectures and analytics solutions.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution through strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Provide system design guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance, standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of operational processes and business intelligence/data analytics ecosystems.
- Experience working with BI/Dashboarding tools such as MicroStrategy (MSTR), Qlik, and other enterprise reporting platforms.
- Deep understanding of data flow from enterprise data warehouses to BI and reporting tools.
- Strong expertise in AWS, including: AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Serverless architectures.
- Hands-on experience with: Snowflake, Databricks, DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Proven experience building and orchestrating production-grade data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of: Data ingestion frameworks, Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold), API-based integrations, Native connector integrations, Data warehouse design and modeling.
- Experience sourcing and integrating data from multiple Line of Business (LOB) systems while conforming to enterprise standards and governed definitions.
- Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs, Ontology Modeling, and Semantic Layer Design to establish governed, shared data definitions across the enterprise.
- Able to engage in highly technical solution discussions and provide architectural guidance.

Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
