Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of complex structured and unstructured data to drive strategic business decisions
- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced machine learning models, predictive analytics solutions, and custom algorithms
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve data challenges, and improve operational performance
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex findings into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related STEM field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of professional data science experience, preferably within healthcare, medical informatics, healthcare IT, revenue cycle, or EHR data environments
- Advanced expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, forecasting, regression analysis, A/B testing, clustering, and predictive analytics
- Strong SQL and programming skills with experience working with large, complex datasets and data science project lifecycles
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
