Lead Data Privacy Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for enterprise data protection and privacy engineering
• Design and implement Privacy Enhancing Technologies to safeguard data
• Collaborate with teams to embed privacy-by-design principles into projects
• Conduct privacy risk assessments and control evaluations
• Drive initiatives in data governance and continuous privacy improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Privacy Engineering, Security Engineering, or Data Protection
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise data protection capabilities, including compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA
• 5+ years of hands-on programming skills in Python, Java, or Go
• 5+ years with cloud and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD and security automation
• 3+ years leading privacy and data protection initiatives across cross-functional teams

Pay

$106,605 – $284,280 annually
