Responsibilities
- Aid the Pharmacist In Charge with daily functions.
- Serve as supervisor for Data Entry and Customer Service Technicians, ensuring productivity standards are met.
- Allocate staffing resources based on current workflow.
- Review and enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
- Maintain and adhere to pharmacy standards and departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code.
- Comply with departmental policies concerning safety, attendance, and dress code.
- Complete any other task assigned by the Pharmacist In Charge.
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Texas required.
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
- Previous data entry experience preferred.
- Reliable and able to execute multiple tasks assigned.
- Good organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to physically perform light lifting.
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
- Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
- Quick typing skills.
- Computer literate, proficient in Frameworks LTC system.
