Lead Data Engineer - Primary Care

Responsibilities

• Oversight of data processing architectures
• Ingestion of data from various sources using cloud native technologies
• Development of AI and machine learning software tools for data insight generation
• Decision making on complex data tasks and responsibilities
• Lead the development of the data warehouse using Medallion and Kimball modeling
• Establishment of processes for managing metadata and data governance in analytics
• Collaboration with partners to create effective data governance frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience in data engineering OR Master's degree and 4+ years of experience
• Expertise in Medallion architecture and Kimball dimensional modeling
• Experience integrating semantic and organizational data assets with leading AI platforms
• 2+ years of project leadership experience
• Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
• Advanced in SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, or other data systems
• 2+ years' experience in dbt
• Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data

Pay

• $142,300 – $195,700 annually
