Job Summary
This role is within Chamberlain Group's Marketing function and is ideal for a hands-on CDP practitioner. Key responsibilities include managing data pipelines, defining audience logic, and operationalizing customer data across marketing and lifecycle channels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary power user of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring optimal configuration and utilization of its features by Marketing and other teams.
- Manage end-to-end CDP workflows including data ingestion and integration requirements, audience segmentation, and activation and ensure outputs reliably support marketing and business use cases.
- Partner with IT and the rest of the Marketing org to translate personalization and measurement needs into CDP-ready requirements (events, attributes, audiences, and activation specifications), enabling execution.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing with 5+ years of experience in customer data platforms.
- 1+ years experience leading projects and enhancements for customer data platforms.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $165,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
