We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes "Job Summary", "What You Will Do", "What You Will Have", "Considerations For Top Candidates", "Additional Details", "Summary Pay Range", "Benefits". Also maybe "Job Summary" is like About the role. We'll map headings: "Job Summary" -> maybe "About the role". But instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings if content matches. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph "Your Work Shapes the World at Caterpillar Inc." plus "Cat Digital is the digital and technology arm..." plus "Job Summary". That's descriptive. - Responsibilities: "What You Will Do" section. - Requirements/Qualifications: "What You Will Have" plus "Considerations For Top Candidates" maybe combined as Requirements/Qualifications. - Skills: maybe part of requirements. - Benefits: there is a Benefits list. - Pay: there is Summary Pay Range. - Schedule: not present (no schedule info). So we omit Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, visa sponsorship not available, posting dates, drug screen, equal opportunity, talent community, etc. Also remove "Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen." etc. Also remove "Posting Dates". Also remove "Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position." Also remove "Any offer of employment..." etc. Also remove "Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to apply." Also remove "Not ready to apply? Join our Talent Community." Also remove "Career Area Technology, Digital and Data Job Description" maybe header but not needed. Also remove "Your Work Shapes the World at Caterpillar Inc."? That's substantive? It's part of intro; we can keep as part of About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we keep details about role, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

Job Summary: Caterpillar is seeking a Lead Digital Business Analyst – Supply Chain to lead discovery, analysis, and solution definition for supply chain capabilities within our digital products and ERP ecosystem (including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management). This role partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and IT stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into clear requirements, user stories, data definitions, and testable acceptance criteria—ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business outcomes. The supply chain capability roadmap supports improved service levels, optimized inventory, better planning accuracy, streamlined procure-to-pay and order-to-fulfill execution, and increased visibility through reporting and analytics. You will influence cross-functional decisions and help establish repeatable approaches to requirements, testing, and measurement.

Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis Leadership & Discovery: Alongside product managers, lead discovery with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to understand objectives, pain points, risks, constraints, and dependencies; establish problem statements, scope boundaries, and measurable outcomes.
  • Supply Chain Solution & Requirements Ownership: Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for supply chain capabilities (intake, analysis, prioritization support, documentation, traceability, and change control). Stay current with Microsoft D365 Supply Chain updates and recommend features that improve service, cost, and cycle time performance.
  • Requirements, Process & Data Definition: Facilitate workshops to elicit, analyze, and document complex supply chain requirements; produce clear process maps, business rules, and functional specifications across core supply chain domains (planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment). Partner with product managers, engineers, Microsoft, and implementation partners to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, including exception handling, controls, role-based security, and auditability considerations where applicable. Liaison between business stakeholders, Dealers, and delivery teams—driving decisions, resolving ambiguities, and maintaining alignment on scope and expected outcomes. Define reporting, analytics, and data needs (KPIs, dimensions, master data, and data quality rules) to ensure supply chain insights are accurate, timely, and trusted. Coordinate with other product and process leads to manage cross-functional dependencies (finance, manufacturing, customer service/sales, quality, and integrations) and support governance for requirement changes and prioritization.
  • Delivery Partnership & Validation: Partner with delivery teams to validate solution designs against requirements, ensuring usability, security, and operational controls meet Caterpillar standards. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training with business stakeholders; ensure test scenarios, expected results, and sign-offs are traceable to requirements, and prioritize issues for remediation through release cycles. Create clear stakeholder-ready materials (walkthroughs, demos, process documentation) that explain supply chain solution changes and support adoption. Develop process walkthroughs and functional demo materials to communicate how the dealer supply chain template supports business scenarios and controls. Release Management: Coordinate and validate requirements readiness (scope, assumptions, process impacts, acceptance criteria) to support timely, high-quality software releases. Facilitate backlog refinement and stakeholder communication to ensure business value delivery. Partner with cross-functional teams to manage process and integration dependencies, document decisions, and maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through deployment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Cat Converge Product Managers, Cat Digital leads, external vendors, and Caterpillar Dealers.
  • Change Management: Work in conjunction with the Dealer Advisory Board to identify opportunities to improve Dealer processes, drive operational consistency through the ERP template, and identify change management requirements for Dealers.
  • User Training: Support dealer enablement to deliver user training programs, provide ongoing support, and address user issues / enhancement requests.
  • Support: Produce product documentation for supply chain capabilities and collaborate with the Support team to generate adequate support materials, workflows, and playbooks to ensure Dealer use of the product. Assist where needed in remediating support issues through roadmap / delivery team adjustments.
Then Requirements/Qualifications: We can combine "What You Will Have" and "Considerations For Top Candidates". Use heading "Requirements" maybe. But instruction list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could have Requirements and Qualifications separate? Might be overkill. Better to have one section "Requirements" with combined content. Let's craft:

We should not include "Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors..." because that's boilerplate? It's somewhat generic but maybe considered filler. The instruction: remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That sentence is generic disclaimer; could be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit. We'll keep only the pay range. We should not include Schedule section. Now ensure no extra text outside HTML.
