About the role
The Lead CX/UX Research Consultant (AI-Enabled Experiences) is responsible for leading user experience research for the Financial & Corporate Compliance (FCC) CT business unit. This role collaborates with leaders in Product Management, UX Design, and Engineering to define long-term vision and strategy for user experience research, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand business goals and objectives at both the portfolio and product levels.
- Plan and execute user research initiatives using a variety of generative and evaluative research methods.
- Evaluate prototypes and solutions with customers to ensure Product teams gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Drive the culture of feedback and metrics to continuously improve the user experience.
- Use AI-assisted data analysis techniques to accelerate synthesis of qualitative and quantitative research data.
- Contribute to the exploration and use of AI-enabled journey mapping and experience modeling approaches.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to evaluate and shape the use of AI systems supporting research operations, customer intelligence, and experience measurement.
- Provide guidance on where AI enhances research and decision-making, and where human-led research remains essential.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant research experience.
- Significant experience working with senior clients, stakeholders, and developers.
- Experience in affecting large culture change that drives business performance.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Some experience in Finance and Compliance domain knowledge.
- Some experience working with organizational change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/University degree, Master's degree a plus.

Pay
$128,900.00 - $226,050.00 USD
