Responsibilities
- Set up customer accounts and facilitate effective onboarding processes
- Identify expansion opportunities through platform analysis and success planning
- Conduct technical assessments and recommend solutions in security and governance
- Perform health checks and deliver quarterly reviews on adoption metrics
- Monitor churn risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively
- Build business cases for value realization and expansion opportunities
- Engage with high-level stakeholders to provide risk and opportunity updates
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance customer success and product adoption
Qualifications
- 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Technical Consulting or Customer Success Engineer
- Hands-on expertise with cloud and data platforms, SaaS applications, and security technologies
- Experience in driving customer adoption programs and delivering measurable outcomes
- Preferred certifications include AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, CIPP, or similar
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical adoption roadmaps
- Strong skills in engaging executive stakeholders and synthesizing complex information
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
