Job Responsibilities
- Affords assistance to the Customer Service Supervisor in overseeing all Customer Service Personnel
- If applicable, actively participates in the training of all Customer Service personnel, including new hires
- Maintains oversight of the movement of orders between the Customer Service Department and other relevant areas
- Maintains vigilance over the processing of orders, correcting or re-entering them as necessary
- Maintains surveillance over incoming and outgoing phone calls to ensure proper telephone techniques are being utilized by Customer Service Personnel
