Lead Custodian - Propel Pitcairn

Job Summary

Propel Schools is seeking a Lead Custodian for their Facilities Department at Propel Pitcairn. This full-time position is available immediately and works Monday through Friday from 6:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M., with some weekends and evenings required. The Lead Custodian ensures assigned areas are properly cleaned and maintains the facility's upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Ability to perform physical labor including moving furniture and equipment, lifting, climbing ladders, etc.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, floor strippers, buffers, carpet shampooers, high pressure sprayers, and snow blowers.
• Ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds.
• Extremely organized and possesses effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Preferred 18 months custodial experience and supervisory experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $15 to $17/hr
