This role follows routine cleaning schedules for trash, restrooms, and floors, along with periodic deep-cleaning tasks like windows, carpets, leather furniture, and tile and grout. The Custodian also pitches in on special projects as needed, from cleaning company vehicles to assisting with other facilities upgrades. We're looking for someone who can work on a team or independently and get the job done well with minimal day-to-day supervision. Responsibilities And Duties Empty trash and recycling throughout production and office areasClean and sanitize restrooms, restocking supplies as neededSweep, mop, and vacuum floors Wipe down and tidy common areas, break rooms, and shared spacesClean windows, carpets, and tile/grout on a rotating deep-cleaning schedulePerform special cleaning of leather chairs and other like furnitureAssist with special projects as needed, such as cleaning company vehicles, helping install lighting, and other facilities projects, as neededMiscellaneous duties Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven ability to work independently and manage a workload with minimal supervisionAbility to travel between multiple sites throughout the dayAbility to lift/carry up to 40-50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periodsComfortable using standard cleaning equipment and handling cleaning chemicals safelyDetail-orientedReliable and punctual, with a strong work ethicHigh school diploma or equivalentNOTE: Employment requires passing a background check and drug screening Desired Qualifications Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experienceProfessional experience with basic building maintenance tasksTechnical expertise in a maintenance field Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $19 - $22/hour, based on experienceHealth insurance: eligible the 1st of the month after hireVoluntary benefits: dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with company matchParental time off and adoption benefitsCasual dress code + branded clothing allowanceFree fruit, social outings, and a supportive, values-driven team What To Expect After You Apply Apply online and answer the custom application questions.
