We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes a description about Curaleaf, but we need to follow rules: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive information.
We need to parse the posting: It includes:
- Intro paragraph about Curaleaf (company description). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" would be description of the role. The intro is about company, not role. But we could treat as "About the role" maybe includes company overview? The instruction: Use

The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections for those headings if content exists.
We have:
- Job Type: Full-Time; Non-Exempt

- Location: Hammonton, NJ
- Title: Lead Cultivation Associate (but we don't repeat as heading)
- Responsibilities: "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" list (many bullet-like sentences)
- Requirements: list (1-year experience, HS diploma, etc.)
- Preferred Qualifications: "1-year relevant experience with team leadership preferred"
- Skills & Abilities: list (time-management, planning, confidentiality, etc.)
- Physical Requirements: list (physical aptitude)
- Competencies: list (Ensure Accountability, Problem Solving, etc.)
- Benefits: "What We Offer: Career Growth Opportunities Competitive Pay and Benefits Generous PTO and Parental Leave 401(K) Retirement Plan Life/ Disability Insurance Community Involvement Referral Bonuses and Product Discounts Benefits vary by state, role type, and eligibility."
- Pay: "Curaleaf Pay Transparency $21.25—$21.25 USD" (so pay is fixed $21.25/hr)
- Schedule: already given.
We need to avoid boilerplate: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove social media follow, company description beyond role? The intro about Curaleaf may be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly legal but it's company overview. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company overview might be considered not boilerplate but it's generic. However we might keep it under "About the role" or maybe we can omit if it's not specific to role. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine company overview into "About the role" section.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:
