Lead CT Technologist

Position Summary

Performs technical aspects of CT that ultimately lead to completed procedures with complete clinical history. Operates equipment in a filmless environment, administering medical x-rays on injured and/or sick patients as directed by physicians following accepted protocols and policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Required - American Registry of Radiology Technologists (RT) and in CT RT(R)(CT) or obtain American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) CT registration within 3 months of hire
• Certified by the Texas Medical Board, Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience: A minimum of one-year CT technologist experience
• Demonstrated Technical, Verbal And Teamwork Skills Required
