Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
- Refer customers to the appropriate business partner for a consultative conversation.
- Exercise considerable independent judgement in performing the most complex duties of a CSR.
- Elevate concerns and follow policies and procedures as defined.
- Ensure actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience while managing risks.
- Collaborate with Financial Center Manager to complete monthly cash counts, gather and report FCA requests, and maintain office operations.
- Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks of all types.
- Deepen relationships and treat customers with genuine care by listening to their needs, asking questions, and guiding them to meet their financial needs.
- Respond to customer questions promptly and find solutions to address issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer business.
- Follow Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies.
- Collaborate with Financial Center Manager to ensure monthly cash counts are completed.
- Partner with Financial Center Manager to gather and report monthly FCA requests.
- Perform daily office responsibilities to maintain efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain a balancing record that aligns with policy.
- Find and correct outages, assist others as needed, and stay updated on bank policies and financial center procedures.
- Aid in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
- Identify customer needs during interactions and referrals, and refer customers to Bankers and business partners for a consultative conversation.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Retail products and services offered.
- Utilize appropriate tools for tracking referrals sent to personal bankers and business partners.
- Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED.
- Extensive cash handling required.
- In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
- Sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Leadership and resourcefulness for both customers and platform team.
- Flexibility in scheduling.

Pay
Total Base Pay Range: $43,680.00 - $67,700.00 USD
Schedule
Normal office environment. Extensive viewing of computer screens.
