Location: Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ (Part-Time Role - 3-Days a Week in Office)

Responsibilities
Evolve and elevate LOVE CORN's visual identity across every consumer touchpoint
Build our feel-good content engine, bringing joy, energy, and appetite to life
Concept and create campaigns, content, and brand moments that make people stop, smile, screenshot, and share
Partner closely with the Founders, Head of Marketing, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas into the world — fast
Lead & inspire in-house creatives and extended partners
Plan, direct, and art-direct photo and video shoots
Shape packaging that stands out on shelves and lives rent-free in our snack-lovers' heads
Use AI tools to scale content, accelerate testing, and unlock bold creative ideas
Keep your eyes wide open to culture, memes, trends, and design signals pushing us onto the next big thing
Requirements
A standout portfolio that shows not just great taste, but great thinking
Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite + willingness to experiment with AI platforms
Comfortable moving between high-level brand thinking and hands-on execution
Strong communicator & collaborator with a “let's get this done” energy
Entrepreneurial spirit: you like building, not waiting for briefs to fall from the sky
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or related field
Experience working with a variety of digital and print media
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for snacks and a deep understanding of consumer behavior
Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Willingness to experiment with AI platforms
- Strong visual design sense
- Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals
- Experience with content creation for social media
- Strong project management and organizational skills
