Lead CRA/ Principal CRA

For our client, we are seeking a Lead CRA/ Principal CRA to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will focus on oncology trial oversight, site engagement, and monitoring quality across complex clinical studies. The position plays a key part in supporting study execution, inspection readiness, and consistent compliance with GCP and protocol requirements. You will partner closely with clinical sites, investigators, and internal teams to help drive patient experience and study milestones forward. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites to enhance patient experience and expedite study milestones. Promote the sponsor's clinical pipeline and programs to sites and investigators. Conduct Monitoring Oversight Visits to assess the quality of CRA monitoring and site readiness for inspection. Execute site qualification for sponsor trials, facilitating site selection promptly as required. Conduct Site Initiation, Monitoring, and Close-Out visits to train and onboard CRAs in oncology trials. Review and approve monitoring visit reports and ensure compliance with KRI metrics. Train CRAs and sites on GCP, protocols, and study documents. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific or clinical field required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of oncology trial monitoring experience, especially with solid tumors. 4 years of Phase I/III monitoring experience. Proven track record of conducting on-site and remote monitoring visits independently. Proficiency with Veeva CTMS and Trial Master File systems is essential. Preferred experience supporting inspections and conducting audits of sites and TMF. Benefits Competitive base salary and performance incentives.
