Lead Coupa Business Analyst (1145765)

Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) – Horsham, PA

Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Coupa Business Analyst & System Administrator to own and optimize the Coupa Spend Management platform across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations. This role will lead system administration, configuration, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across Coupa P2P, SIM, Services Procurement, CLM, and Sourcing modules while ensuring alignment with Oracle Fusion ERP.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and enhance Coupa modules including P2P, SIM, CLM, Services Procurement, and Sourcing.
• Manage user access, workflows, catalogs, approvals, and system governance.
• Support integrations between Coupa and Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Lead system upgrades, testing, issue resolution, and release management.
• Develop dashboards, reports, SOPs, and user training materials.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement systems experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Coupa administration.
• Strong expertise in Coupa P2P, SIM, CLM, Services Procurement, and Sourcing.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP integrations, APIs, cXML, or related technologies.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Coupa Certification preferred.

Pay

$90,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually
