Lead Coordinator, Audio and Video Communications (Ed Tech)

Job Duties

• Supervise work and coordinate daily activities of AV Coordinators, including task assignment, performance oversight, and escalation support.
• Oversee AV operations and service delivery for classrooms, events, and institutional activities across BCM.
• Lead AV support for complex environments, including simulation, anatomy, and integrated AV classrooms.
• Manage AV installation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide technical leadership for AV system design, programming, troubleshooting, and standardization.
• Train staff and educate faculty on AV system use and best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors on AV solutions, installations, and technology improvements.
• Maintain service performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED.
• Six years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience will also be considered.
• AVIXA CTS or above; also any Extron, Crestron, AMX, Qsys, or Biamp certifications.
