Lead Coordinator

Location: Tempe, AZ, 85281

Pay: $21.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Assign inbound and outbound sales leads to Merchant Services sales representatives.
• Monitor lead queues to ensure timely distribution and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate lead assignment records and reporting.
• Review lead data for completeness and accuracy before assignment.
• Balance lead distribution across sales teams based on capacity, performance, and business needs.
• Partner with Sales Managers to address assignment issues and workload concerns.
• Track and report lead volume, assignment metrics, and aging.
• Escalate system, routing, or lead quality issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to lead management.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Lead Management Experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills & data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce), lead management tools, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Formulas

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in Merchant Services, Sales Operations, Contact Center Operations, or Lead Management
• Process improvement experience
• Contact Center/Customer Operations Experience
