Qualifications

• Good communication and culinary skills.
• Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
• Able to produce a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Culinary Degree or related experience preferred.
• 4+ years of previous line experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Preferably Mexican fine dining.
• Able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Work well under pressure.
• Follow recipes given by leaders.
• Basic knife skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Available Tuesday-Saturday.

Pay

Hourly rates for Valle culinary positions start at $21.50 - $26.00 / hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Restaurant is open Tuesday – Saturday.
