Qualifications
- Good communication and culinary skills.
- Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
- Able to produce a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Culinary Degree or related experience preferred.
- 4+ years of previous line experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Preferably Mexican fine dining.
- Able to perform all basic cooking skills.
- Able to work single station in the kitchen.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Work well under pressure.
- Follow recipes given by leaders.
- Basic knife skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Available Tuesday-Saturday.
Pay
Hourly rates for Valle culinary positions start at $21.50 - $26.00 / hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Restaurant is open Tuesday – Saturday.
