Lead Cook – Senior Living

We are seeking a Lead Cook to oversee daily kitchen operations in a senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to resident dietary needs
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
• Coordinating meal service for residents in independent, assisted living, and memory care
• Training and supporting kitchen team members
• Managing prep and production schedules
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies
• Collaborating with dining and care teams to deliver a warm, hospitality-focused dining experience
