What You'll Do

• Aid the sous chefs in managing the kitchen operations
• Oversight of the team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
• Adherence to recipes, proper use of knife skills, and application of cooking techniques
• Sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for food with customers through personalized meal suggestions
• Managing employee performance, including training, providing feedback, and offering development opportunities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prep or line cook experience
• Experience leading a team
• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance
