About the role
Experiences and Adventures for All Abilities is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of adaptive sports programs designed to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement adaptive sports programs that promote physical activity and social inclusion
- Collaborate with program participants, volunteers, and external partners to ensure the success of events and activities
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Oversee the training and supervision of volunteer staff and interns
- Assist in marketing and promoting the programs to potential participants and sponsors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as recreation, physical education, or disability studies
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a leadership capacity
- Experience planning and executing adaptive sports programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
$40,000 - $50,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend commitments as needed.
