What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

• Lead by example on the line, supporting both hot and cold station production
• Guide and support kitchen team members during service
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Expedite orders and keep service running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Follow recipes and portion standards accurately
• Uphold food safety and sanitation practices

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of kitchen experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Solid knife skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
• Able to stay organized and perform under pressure
• Washington State Food Handler Card
• ServSafe Manager Certification (preferred)
