Lead Cook

Duties

• Prepare menu items using standardized recipes and presentations for dining room service.
• Avoid accidents and injuries by anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings, and bringing your best every day.
• Avoid accidents and injuries by ensuring all equipment is clean and safely stored.
• Avoid accidents and injuries by prep food as needed and for following shift.
• Avoid accidents and injuries by keeping work area clean and sanitized at all times.

Requirements

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of proper and up to date food handling and health requirements.
• Kitchen experience.
