Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Lead and prepare all foods necessary for service to the demonstrated culinary standard.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned to ensure quality F&B service for guests.

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts.
• Strong service-oriented attitude and ability to work well with others.
• A TB Clearance issued within the last 12 months is required.
