The lead cook is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the planning, storage, preparation and delivery of food to patients, visitors, and staff.
Education And Credentials
Associate degree in Food Production training.
Experience
Experience in hospital food service including therapeutic diets or five (5) years in hospital quantity hot food production including modified diets. Culinary knowledge to include cookery skills and techniques as well as baking and garnishing skills.
