Your Evening On The Line

  • Lead by example during PM service, helping ensure every plate leaves the kitchen fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
  • Set up, stock, and organize stations with the tools, ingredients, and supplies needed for a smooth service.
  • Prepare menu items, sauces, proteins, vegetables, and other components according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Cook and plate menu items with consistency, accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with fellow kitchen team members to keep service moving efficiently during busy periods.
  • Follow direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef while helping guide and support team members on the line.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels, rotate product, and minimize waste.
  • Keep your station clean, safe, and ready for action throughout the shift and at close.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, nutrition, and workplace safety standards.
  • Bring a calm, professional, can-do presence to every shift—because great hospitality starts behind the scenes.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Proven professional cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant, hotel, banquet, or similar culinary environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, ingredients, food preparation, and sanitation procedures.
  • The ability to work quickly without compromising quality, consistency, or presentation.
  • Comfort juggling multiple tickets, priorities, and station responsibilities during high-volume service.
  • A team-first mindset, dependable work ethic, and pride in a job well done.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean kitchen.
