About the role

The Lead Cook is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality meals.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing training and feedback.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience.
  • Experience leading a kitchen team.
  • Valid Food Handlers’ Permit.
