Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
  • Train and mentor kitchen team members to promote growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management on menu development and special event planning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a cook with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
