Lead Continuous Improvement Analyst
About the role
Chromalloy Orangeburg is seeking a Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst to help build a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves leading CI deployment, aligning priorities, executing projects, and driving cultural shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement deployment at Chromalloy Orangeburg to strengthen a CI culture and grow site-wide improvement capability.
- Partner with site leadership to identify and align CI priorities, goals, and objectives—focusing on the areas most important to the business.
- Establish CI strategies, KPIs, priorities, and project goals; assess results and adjust for impact.
- Cook up and execute improvement projects and initiatives to meet business needs and objectives.
- Drive change management by communicating effectively across all levels of the organization and collaborating to share best practices.
- Organize and facilitate CI events (Kaizens, workshops, etc.), ensuring standards are followed and accountability is embedded at every level.
- Conduct site evaluations (audits) of CI standards proficiency as directed by site and CI leadership.
- Identify and eliminate process waste by driving sustainable improvements and cultural shift.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a CI-related discipline (e.g., engineering, operations management, business).
- Operational Excellence training and/or certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Continuous Improvement).
- 3+ years leading manufacturing or business organizations in the deployment of Operational Excellence.
- 3+ years leading manufacturing operations or engineering.
- Demonstrated success deploying Lean and Six Sigma tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen facilitation, cellular flow, SMED, process flow mapping, Kanban, Hoshin, visual controls, and 6S.
- Strong leadership and influence skills—able to engage others, facilitate consensus, earn senior-leader buy-in, and drive adoption of change.

- Must be a US person (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status).
