We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove repeated company description duplicated later. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Company Description: Ramboll is a global architecture... (first paragraph). Also later repeated. We need to include maybe as part of "About the role"? Actually "About the role" heading is for description of role, not company. But we can include company description under "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only those with real content. We have content: - Hybrid-based position in New England office locations: Boston, Hartford, Portland, Westford. Applicants must be authorized to work in US full-time, no sponsorship. - Are you eager... (motivational). Could be part of About the role. - Join Ramboll's rapidly growing Data Centers practice as a Lead Consultant, supporting hyperscale, colocation, mission-critical development projects across North America. Work alongside industry leaders on site selection and site feasibility, technical due diligence, environmental review, civil design review, early-stage development planning for some of the world's largest technology clients. Join our team and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. - Your new role As our new Lead Consultant, you will serve in an assistant project manager role for data center projects from early site screening through due diligence and conceptual planning. Working closely with project managers, technical specialists, and client teams, you will coordinate multidisciplinary inputs; track scope, schedule, budget, actions, and deliverables; and help maintain clear communication across the project team. You will also apply your civil engineering background to review conceptual master plans and evaluate site access, grading, stormwater, utilities, earthwork, and other site development considerations. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized, technically grounded, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment. Your key responsibilities will be: [list]. - Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, geology, chemistry, physics, biology, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred. Environmental engineering candidates should have demonstrated civil/site development or land development experience. Minimum of three years of relevant consulting experience, including civil/site development, due diligence, land development, or multidisciplinary project delivery. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on cost of labor in specific locations. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance. Our recruiters are happy to share more about the specific salary range and total rewards package applicable to your location during the hiring process. - Also there is a "Ready to join us? Please submit your application..." which is application instruction, should be removed. - Also there is repeated company description and "Where People Flourish" etc which is boilerplate/EEO etc. Should be removed. Thus we need sections: - About the role: could include hybrid-based position, location, authorization, motivational statements, description of role (maybe combine with "Your new role"? Actually "Your new role" is more specific responsibilities. But we have separate Responsibilities section. So About the role could be overview: hybrid-based, location, authorization, what Ramboll does, Data Centers practice, etc. - Responsibilities: list from "Your key responsibilities will be:" (the bullet list). Also maybe include coordinating multidisciplinary inputs etc. But those are part of responsibilities. We'll capture the list. - Requirements: maybe include authorization to work in US, no sponsorship, etc. Also maybe include "Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No sponsorship is available for this position." That's a requirement. - Qualifications: as given. - Skills: maybe include strong technical writing, organization, communication, problem-solving, client-service skills; experience with CAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, GIS, data centers, mission-critical, industrial projects, and/or EIT or PE credentials preferred. Also "highly organized, technically grounded, detail-oriented, collaborative, comfortable managing multiple priorities". Those could be skills. - Benefits: from "What we can offer you" list. - Pay: salary range statement. - Schedule: maybe "Hybrid-based position" indicates hybrid work schedule. Also "Flexible work arrangements" mentioned under benefits. Could be schedule: hybrid-based, flexible work arrangements. We'll include schedule section if we have specific content: "Hybrid-based position in our New England office locations: Boston, Hartford, Portland, Westford." Also "Flexible work arrangements" under benefits. So schedule: hybrid-based, flexible work arrangements. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now produce HTML fragment with

headings and appropriate

or

  • . We must not include or . Just fragment. Let's craft. Section About the role:

Hybrid-based position located in Ramboll’s New England offices (Boston, Hartford, Portland, Westford). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; no sponsorship is available. Ramboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company committed to sustainable change. In this role you will join the rapidly growing Data Centers practice, supporting hyperscale, colocation, and mission‑critical development projects across North America, working alongside industry leaders on site selection, feasibility, technical due diligence, environmental review, civil design review, and early‑stage development planning for some of the world’s largest technology clients.

That seems good. Responsibilities: list from "Your key responsibilities will be:" plus maybe earlier coordinating multidisciplinary inputs etc. But we can combine. List items: - Support subject matter experts in delivering complex data center due diligence assignments by assisting with scope, schedule, budget, staffing, deliverables, and client expectations. - Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, maintain project schedules, track action items and information requests, and provide status updates to ensure timely project execution. - Review site development concepts, including master plans, test fits, civil/site constraints, utilities, grading, stormwater management, permitting considerations, and other technical factors to support due diligence recommendations. - Prepare and quality‑review client‑ready reports, risk summaries, proposals, work plans, cost estimates, and technical deliverables while supporting multiple concurrent data center projects and site visits. We could also add earlier: "You will serve in an assistant project manager role for data center projects from early site screening through due diligence and conceptual planning. Working closely with project managers, technical specialists, and client teams, you will coordinate multidisciplinary inputs; track scope, schedule, budget, actions, and deliverables; and help maintain clear communication across the project team. You will also apply your civil engineering background to review conceptual master plans and evaluate site access, grading, stormwater, utilities, earthwork, and other site development considerations." That's also responsibilities. Could be included as prose before list or as list items. To avoid duplication, we could incorporate those as part of responsibilities prose. But we already have list; we could add a paragraph summarizing then list. Let's include a paragraph then list. Thus Responsibilities section:

You will serve in an assistant project manager role for data center projects from early site screening through due diligence and conceptual planning, working closely with project managers, technical specialists, and client teams to coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, track scope, schedule, budget, actions, and deliverables, and maintain clear communication. You will also apply your civil engineering background to review conceptual master plans and evaluate site access, grading, stormwater, utilities, earthwork, and other site development considerations.

    then
    • ... list items. Requirements: include authorization and maybe also "Hybrid-based position"? That's more schedule. Requirements: "Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. No sponsorship is available for this position." Also maybe "Must be able to work in New England office locations (Boston, Hartford, Portland, Westford)"? That's location but could be schedule. We'll keep requirement as authorization. Qualifications: as given. Skills: include "highly organized, technically grounded, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced consulting environment; strong technical writing, organization, communication, problem‑solving, and client‑service skills; experience with CAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, GIS, data centers, mission‑critical, industrial projects, and/or EIT or PE credentials preferred." We could format as
      • ... but could be paragraph. We'll do
        • for each skill? Might be many. Better to do

          with semicolons. But instruction: Use

          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For skills, it's a list; we can do
            • . We'll break into items. Benefits: list from "What we can offer you". Items: - Interesting and diverse projects - The opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest professionals in your field - Flexible work arrangements - Generous Paid Time Off - Excellent health and retirement benefits - Investment in your development - Leaders you can count on, guided by our Leadership Principles - Appreciation for the unique person you are - The long‑term thinking of a foundation‑owned company - Inspiration from colleagues, clients, and projects Pay:
