Lead Consultant, Acoustical
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to extract relevant content: Company description (location, work authorization, no sponsorship). Job description: tasks and responsibilities. Qualifications: education, experience, CEQA, etc. Additional qualifications. Benefits: Investment in your development, leaders, appreciation, long-term thinking, sustainability commitment. Salary transparency: base salary range $82,500-$107,000 yearly, plus bonus, overtime, comprehensive benefits package. Also mention flexibility, inclusive culture, etc. We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe company description and role overview). Responsibilities (key tasks). Requirements (qualifications). Skills (maybe technical expertise). Benefits (what we can offer). Pay (salary range). Schedule (maybe flexibility/hybrid). The posting mentions hybrid position located in California offices, must be authorized, no sponsorship. Also mentions flexibility as part of positive inclusive approach to work. So schedule could be hybrid/flexible.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary range, so Pay section is valid. Benefits: we have "Investment in your development", "Leaders you can count on", "Appreciation for the unique person you are", "Long-term thinking", sustainability commitment, comprehensive benefits package, flexibility. So we can include Benefits.
Schedule: we have hybrid position, flexibility. So we can include Schedule.
We must not include duplicated lines. Need to ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content.

- Where People Flourish: (mission, culture of inclusion, flexibility, EEO statement)
- How To Apply: (application instructions) - we must remove application instructions.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Our Commitment to Sustainability" maybe not boilerplate but it's substantive? It's about sustainability, could be part of Benefits or separate section? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could incorporate sustainability into Benefits or About the role. But we have Benefits section already; we can include sustainability commitment there.
We must not include sections like "About the role" if no content? We have content for About the role (company description and role overview). Responsibilities we have. Qualifications we have. Skills maybe we can combine with Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which headings to use. We have qualifications and skills separate; we could put qualifications under Requirements or Qualifications. Skills could be under Skills. But we might combine to avoid thin sections. However we have distinct content: qualifications (education, experience, CEQA) and skills (software tool skills, communication). Could put both under Qualifications. But we have a separate "Helpful Additional Qualifications". Might be better to have Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (technical skills). Let's see.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include education, experience, CEQA, LORS, technical expertise, coordinating, spreadsheet, noise modeling, communication skills, helpful additional qualifications (sector experience, standards, NEPA). That's a lot. Could be under Qualifications.
Responsibilities: list of tasks.
About the role: company description, location, work auth, no sponsorship, team growing, etc.
Benefits: investment in development, leaders, appreciation, long-term thinking, sustainability commitment, comprehensive benefits package, flexibility, inclusive culture.
Pay: salary range $82,500-$107,000, bonus, overtime, etc.
Schedule: hybrid position, flexibility (maybe mention flexible work arrangement).
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same info.
