Lead Concrete Finisher / Foreman (Heavy Highway Construction)

About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from design to completion. Manage teams, ensure quality standards are met, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution
• Manage team performance and development
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
