Lead Compounder - Nights

Job Description

Shift: C Team, 2-2-3 7PM -7AM
Starting Hiring Rate: $27.54/hr plus $2/hr shift differential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience
• Regard safety as a core value; must be willing and able to work safely; must always wear PPE; must serve as a role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrate a strong quality and service focus; must address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand root cause, then communicate / educate the team in a timely manner
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Able to work both individually and in a team-based environment
• Able to work during the designated hours and accept a reasonable amount of overtime (including weekends and short-notice requests)
• Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and judgment skills
• Demonstrate record of embracing and contributing to daily ELS processes and tools - MDI, standard work, 5S, etc.
• Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated reliability
• Proficiency with computer applications, especially strong ERP system transactional skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance periodically through the shift
