Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation research and benchmarking to inform strategy

• Manage the launch of the Job Architecture redesign and ensure seamless integration with tech systems
• Develop scalable compensation toolkits and models, leveraging AI for efficiency
• Advise Recruiting and leadership on pay structures and complex compensation offers

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading compensation systems at scale in the tech sector
• Ability to jump into projects and deliver results quickly with limited onboarding
• Expertise in creating automated modeling tools using Google Sheets or similar
• Interest or experience in implementing AI tools within compensation processes
• Experience providing expert insights on complex compensation cases
