Summary
This position is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all marketing activities, functions, and strategies for our site. The Lead Physician and Community Outreach Liaison will primarily foster and create new relationships for continuous referral services, serve as a liaison to referring physicians, coordinate and implement marketing strategies, take part in digital marketing initiatives, set up, and attend community outreach events.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand, articulate, share, and present value proposition for Summit Clinical Research Solutions.
- Create and implement company branding and marketing strategies to increase referrals and to ensure a positive image in the community.
- Manage and track inventory for the marketing department to include print materials, and promo items.
- Manage and coordinate marketing team member schedules.
- Arrange, coordinate, and attend all investigator talks with local groups.
- Plan and execute any special events such as ribbon cuttings, grand openings, community walks, and health fairs.
- Develop reporting mechanisms to continuously monitor the performance and success of marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing visits to referring offices, attend open houses and other marketing events, and assist in the resolution of any customer service issues that are uncovered to help maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
- Create new relationships while servicing existing relationships with professional referral sources.
- Meet with medical practices, special interest groups, and the community to inform them of clinical trials, and explore potential partnerships.
- Host, as well attend networking events. (This may include weekends)
- Participate in discussions with Principal Investigator regarding sites visited during the week, referral network growth, and outreach activities related to clinical research recruitment.
- Operate within budget guidelines.
