Lead Commercial Superintendent

Cleveland Construction is hiring a Lead Superintendent for a project in Oak Creek, WI. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial Superintendent with fuel station experience who is willing to travel short-term and long-term once the project is complete.

We are looking for a Superintendent who takes ownership of the job site and delivers safe, high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field team and daily on-site construction operations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
• Coordinate with municipal officials and project owners
• Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance
• Maintain project documentation and reporting

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software
• OSHA 30 certified (preferred)
• Willingness to travel (required)
