Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Lending Servicing Representative in Commercial Lending Operations. In this role, you will:

• Provide training and guidance to less experienced Commercial Loan Servicing representatives in interpreting and understanding complex policies as well as managing cross-group projects
• Research, respond to, and resolve complex inquiries
• Train others on complex loan agency inquiries and servicing language in loan documentation and interpretation, as well as an understanding of financial services and customer support
• Coordinate and reconcile all loan advances and payments with member banks and customers and books letters of credit
• Support loan trading and assignments
• Prioritize work and provide day-to-day work leadership and mentorship to the support team
• Lead or contribute to customer issue resolutions that require coordination amongst various teams
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
• Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience in reviewing commercial loan documentation
• Experience working in AFS, Loan IQ (LIQ), E-Trac, nCino, ICMP, or other systems of record
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including management
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Proven organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and/or as a member of a high-performance team against aggressive deadlines
• Experience with Florida state statutes and laws

• Hybrid work schedule
• Ability to work additional hours as needed

Pay

Pay range reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$25.48 - $37.98 per hour
