How You Will Make An Impact

  • Execute high-quality electrical installations in strict accordance with project plans and safety protocols.
  • Interpret detailed project drawings and specifications to ensure precise technical delivery.
  • Cook up with field leadership to maintain strict project timelines and budget requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily field activities and safety compliance reports.
  • Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays.
  • Mentor junior team members and apprentices to foster a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Represent the company's core values of service and accountability on every job site.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within the electrical field.
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven ability to execute complex electrical work with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills necessary for managing field documentation and team dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent technical training.
  • Advanced knowledge of control systems and specialized commercial installations.
  • Demonstrated experience in training or coaching junior team members in a field environment.
