Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within the electrical field.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven ability to execute complex electrical work with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication skills necessary for managing field documentation and team dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent technical training.
- Advanced knowledge of control systems and specialized commercial installations.
- Demonstrated experience in training or coaching junior team members in a field environment.
